We need to maintain Healthy Diet. Important foods to be included in daily diet
- Green Leafy Veggies : Palak , Methi
- they have Vit A, Vit C, Vit K, Folates , Iron & Calcium
- They slow down Sebum production which reduces acne
- Detoxify
- Has Vit E also
- Carrots , is perfect food
- Has Vit A , Minerals , Vit K, Vit B6 & Potassium Fibers
- Capsicum (Yellow and Green)
- It has Carotenoid (anti oxidant)
- Anti Ageing
- Sweet Potatoes
- It has Beta carotene , Retinol Vit A
- Tomatoes
- Has Vit C , Potassium folate, Vit K, Lycopene
- Beta carotene, Gamma Carotene, Chlorogenic Acid
- Fibers, Trace elements , Flavonoids, Phytosterol
- Helps in hyper Pigmentation and Dark spots
- Kidney Beans
- Citrus fruit or seasonal fruit
- Orange, Lime , Grapefruit
- Mangoes

How to care it :
- Use Sunscreen(broad spectrum) without fail in all season. Three times a day
- Even in Office
- Follow Regular Consistent skin routine. Clean two times a day . moisturize
- Eat Vitamin C food Citrus fruit.Green leafy vegetables As mentioned above
- Exfoliate once a week , Don't rub Use Glycolic Acid
- Medicated cream with Hydroquinone, Kojic acid , Azelac Acid, Arbutin acid
